Mary Coleman has been weaving since 1981 working first as an apprentice for another weaver, Jackie Fisher. Mostly self-taught and a great summer workshop at Davis and Elkins College in Elkins, WV comprise her "formal training". Chris Stone is a local artist of fine jewelry, working primarily in sterling silver. Recent work utilizes gemstones and cabochons, as well as cast and fabricated work. The work is diverse but personable, exploring different patterns and mediums. Her work is viewable at StoneyCharms.com.
